Circuits - Greenwood Academy
Our adult circuit sessions are all about 'the more effort you put in, the better the results'... we have set out our circuits so the only person your competing with is yourself. We do circuits 6 days a week Monday to Friday 6.30pm -7.30pm and Saturday 9am -10am. It's set out so you'll do 34 stations and 1 minute at each station before moving on to the next one. Before finishing the session on abs workouts. These sessions are designed so we work every major muscle in your body we go from squats, lunges to press up, bicep curls.
Our circuits are perfect for people who hate working out on there own or don't like the gym environment. |

Bootcamp - Pype HayesOur BOOTCAMP sessions are based at Pype Hayes park twice a week Mondays and Wednesdays 6.30pm -7.30pm. Our sessions are very much about using your own body and body weight to get results.
We do a lot of full body exercises as well as using equipment in a outdoor environment in all weathers. We also do a lot of running/sprinting so we are also great for people who want to start up running. Our BOOTCAMPS are very tough so if you don't like the gym then this is perfect for you. |
